SimpleHSQE is built upon POST (Petroleum Orientated Safety Training). It steps the user through the process of filling out required forms by first identifying site and task hazards, completing LMRAs (Last Minute Risk Assessments) and sign off by workers, supervisors or retail associates.
Forms are automatically synced the the web portal where supervisors can accept or reject any form. On completion, all information is transferred to your original paper form. You may view, print or edit existing forms on the desktop site. No need to change business safety processes.
How Does It Work?
1. Company owner registers.
2. Company owner invites his employees.
3. Workers complete safety forms.
4. Supervisors are notified with completed forms.
5. Supervisors can view/approve/reject forms.
